Client was pulled over for swerving and not signaling, given field sobriety tests, and was arrested for DWI. Officers searched his vehicle and found a Delta 8/9 Vape Pen. Client was then charged with DWI (with a BAC of .139) and Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.
