On his way home our client was being terrorized on the road by another vehicle. Client had red/blue lights he uses on construction jobs. He turned them on for less than a minute, and was arrested for impersonating a peace officer. A Parker County jury found him not guilty, and he was given a $200 ticket for unauthorized use of lights.
