In December of 2022, our client was pulled over for swerving and not signaling. He was given field sobriety tests and ultimately arrested for DWI. Officers searched his vehicle and found a Delta 8/9 Vape Pen. Our client was then charged with DWI (with a BAC of .139) and Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance. Sellers Law Firm was able to negotiate a dismissal of the Felony, as well as pleading our client’s DWI to Obstruction of a Highway. Our client will be eligible to expunge the records of the felony and seal the records of the DWI.
