Key responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of casework from intake to trial
- Appear in court regularly and manage contested settings
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Supervise support staff and collaborate on strategy
- Maintain detailed case updates in MyCase
What we're looking for:
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Prior experience in criminal defense or civil litigation preferred
- Strong courtroom, writing, and client management skills
- Commitment to excellence, ethics, and professional growth
