State v. K.P. – Our client was charged with Aggravated Assault With A Deadly Weapon after his girlfriend accused him of hitting her with his car. Prosecutor agreed but only reduced the case pre-indictment to misdemeanor Reckless Conduct. We took the case to trial and the jury found him not guilty.
